Associazione Italiana Banche dei Tessuti” – (“Italian Association of Tissue Banks”) (A.I.BA.T) was born in 2016 from the desire of a group of professionists working in several Italian Tissue Banks. The association is a non-profit-making, non-partisan, non-political, non-sectarian organization, whose purpose is to contribute to the distribution and improvement of the quality of tissues for transplantation, through the development of tissue banking.
